• Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the registered account holder — are not permitted and will be reversed.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your ro777 account at any time, subject to the conditions outlined below. All withdrawals are paid in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.

• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a few hours of the request being approved.
• Raast withdrawals are processed on the same business day for requests made during standard operating hours.
• Bank Transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.
• VIP Diamond tier members benefit from expedited withdrawal processing as part of their tier benefits.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once you have received a confirmation message within your account. Bets that did not receive confirmation due to a technical error will be voided and stakes returned.
• Obvious errors: ro777 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a system error, data feed error or manual input mistake. This applies even after the event has concluded.
• Match abandonment: In cricket, if a match is abandoned or cancelled without a result, bets on that match are typically voided and stakes returned to your ro777 wallet. Specific tournament rules (such as Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method outcomes) are applied where applicable.
• Live betting: In-play bets are accepted up until the point at which ro777 suspends the market. Any bets accepted after the outcome is known — due to a delay in suspending the market — will be voided.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the betting terms within your account.
• Bet modification: Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled by the player except where a cash-out option is explicitly available and offered for that market.

• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated system to place bets, harvest data or interact with the platform in any way not intended for human users.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing information to gain an unfair advantage in poker, bingo or any other game.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

ro777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion where there has been a breach of these terms, where fraud or illegal activity is suspected, or where account closure has been requested by the player themselves.

If you wish to close your own account, you may contact the support team at any time. Self-exclusion options are also available through the Responsible Gaming tools in your account settings. Account closure for responsible gaming purposes is processed promptly and without penalty.

Where an account is closed by ro777 due to a breach of these terms, any bonus funds held at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money funds may be returned at ro777's discretion following a full review, minus any amounts attributable to the breach.
